About our sunroom contractor company in Corona

Bright sunroom addition with a wood-paneled ceiling, glass walls, and seating overlooking a lawn and pond.

Why I started building sunrooms in Corona

I worked in an office for years before I decided I'd rather spend my days building rooms people can actually sit in and enjoy. I learned the trade on a crew putting up patio covers and sunrooms around Riverside County, then started this business here in Corona in 2023. Most people who call us have a patio, deck or cover they'd like to use for more of the year, and you'll find the rooms we build listed on our home page.

What I care about most is that you understand what you're paying for before you agree to anything. A room is only as good as what it sits on and how well it's sealed, so I'd rather take a second look than rush a plan. When you'd like to talk through your space, call (951) 281-8086 or reach us through our contact page.

What working with us is like

  • You deal with me from start to finish

I come out for the estimate myself, and I stay on the job working alongside our installers. The person who measured your space is the one answering your questions at the final walkthrough.

  • A written estimate you can compare

Your estimate lists what's included item by item, so you can line it up fairly against other bids. We also explain each room type and what it means for your budget and comfort, so you choose with a clear picture.

  • Permit questions settled early

We look into what the city or county building office expects for your address before anything else, so there are fewer surprises once work starts. In Corona that's the city's Planning & Development department, and when your job needs a permit, we prepare the paperwork and work through the process with you.

  • Licensed and insured

California's contractor licensing board requires a state license for any job that needs a building permit, uses hired workers or totals $1,000 or more in labor and materials, so it's worth checking for anyone you're considering. Corona also requires a city business license of every business working here, including ones based outside the city.

How we go about the work

  1. Hear the plan

We start by asking how you'd like to use the space and when, because that shapes which kind of room makes sense for you.

  2. Check the base

We look closely at the slab, deck or cover your room will sit on before we plan anything on top of it.

  3. Explain each stage

We tell you what's coming before each stage of work begins, so nothing on your property catches you off guard.

  4. Careful sealing

We take our time where the room meets your house and at every seam, because that's where a room stays comfortable or doesn't.

  5. Final walkthrough

We walk the finished room with you, answer whatever questions are left and clean up before we go.
