Terms and Conditions
Effective January 1, 2026

Accepting these terms
These terms cover your use of the Comfortview Corona Sunrooms & Patios website and any estimate or service you ask us for through it. By using the site, calling us or sending a request through our contact page, you agree to these terms.
If you don't agree with them, please don't use the site. When we sign a written contract with you for a specific project, that contract governs the work, and it wins over these terms wherever the two differ.
What we do
We're a sunroom contractor in Corona, CA. We design and build sunrooms, patio enclosures, screen rooms, solariums and patio covers for homes in Corona and the cities around it. You can read more about our crew on our About page and browse our services from the home page.
What you read on this site describes our work in general. It isn't an offer to do a particular job at a particular price. Every house is different, so the scope, materials and schedule for your project are set out in your written estimate and contract.
Estimates and pricing
We give free on-site estimates, with no pressure and no obligation. An estimate is based on what we can see and measure at your house when we visit and on the choices you've made at that point.
Prices can change if the scope changes, if you pick different materials or if we find conditions that weren't visible during the estimate, such as damaged framing or a slab that needs work before we can build on it. When that happens, we explain the change and get your written approval before we do the extra work.
An estimate is good for the period written on it. After that, we may need to update it because material costs and schedules change.
Scheduling and cancellation
We set your start date once your contract is signed and any required deposit is paid. Weather, material deliveries, inspections and permit approvals from your city or county can move a schedule, and we'll keep you posted when they do.
If you need to reschedule, please call us at (951) 281-8086 as soon as you can so we can plan our crew around it. You can cancel a home improvement contract as allowed by California law, and your contract explains how to do it and any cancellation rights you have. If you cancel after we've ordered custom materials or started work, you may owe for the materials and work already done, as your contract describes.
Payment terms
Your written contract sets the deposit, the payment schedule and the payment methods we accept for your job. Any deposit and progress payments follow California's rules for home improvement contracts.
Final payment is due when the work in your contract is complete, unless your contract says otherwise. If a payment is late, we may pause work until it's settled, and we may use the remedies California law allows, including lien rights.
Warranties and disclaimers
Any warranty on our workmanship is the one written in your contract. Products such as glass, panels, roofing and doors usually carry their own warranty from the maker, and we pass those along to you as the maker provides them.
Warranties don't cover damage from misuse, neglect, accidents, severe weather, changes made by someone else or skipping the care the maker recommends.
This website is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate, but we don't promise that every photo, description or detail is complete or current, and we make no warranty about the site beyond what the law requires.
Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, Comfortview Corona Sunrooms & Patios isn't responsible for indirect or consequential losses tied to your use of this website, such as lost time or lost business.
For a project we build, our responsibility is set by your contract and by California law. Nothing in these terms limits a right that the law says can't be limited.
If we disagree
If something about your project isn't right, call us first, because most problems get fixed fastest when we can come out and look at them together. We'll work with you in good faith to sort it out.
If we can't settle it that way, either of us may take the matter to mediation or to a court with authority in Riverside County, California, unless your contract sets a different process.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute about this website are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to rules that would apply another state's law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the one in effect, and if you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms. Changes to this page don't alter a contract you've already signed with us.
Questions about these terms
If you have a question about these terms, call us at (951) 281-8086 or send a message through our contact page. We're available Monday through Sunday, 8 AM to 9 PM, and we respond within 1 business day.
